Our son turned 26 yesterday, his birthday bash was last Saturday.
No cook planned, but with the temp over freezing for the first time in 10 days I had to grill something!
Nothing like a cold Mary on a warm day.
Frozen wings and 3 bacon/cheese jalapenos.
Glanced down at my forlorn Santa Maria and promised myself that if this heat wave continues, she will get fired up soon.
Once the wings thawed, I gave 'em a lick of Tasty Licks rub.
Frank's plus butter on mine.
Great little, um, let's just call it a snack so Mr Lampe doesn't give me a hard time.
I usually brine all my chicken, including wings, but must say these were fine straight from the freezer.
