Whole Wings

I prefer Wingettes, but I stumbled across a small package of whole wings & I said why not. Sprayed with duck fat, sprinkled with a little garlic butter seasoning on the vortex, 20 minutes a side.

All the fat was rendered out on the kettle via the vortex, temperature was pegged, I prefer to just dip my wings, that is just me…
