What's cookin' for WSM Smoke Day 17?

Going to be a washout weekend here on long island, so will set up smoker under cover and do some baby backs and some boneless skinless turkey breast Aaron Franklin style

I decided to try something new; a pork rib roast, and two homemade meatloaves. First time making meatloaf in any capacity, IIRC.
I've got 'em on the WSM over Cowboy lump with some hickory chunks right now.
If the coals last I'll put on a batch of wings, afterward.

Hey everyone, Feel free to start your own thread in the Smoke Day forum where you can keep all your photos and comments together in a single spot.

Smoking Beef Plate Ribs for the first time on my 22. Picked up a bunch from Costco Business Center. Smoking one plate and throwing the rest in the freezer.

I took my first crack at the vortex on 22.5” Performer cooking chicken breast and thighs. It turned out fantastic. I’ve got a brisket flat in the fridge that I’m planning to cook tomorrow weather pending. Right now it’s 100% chance for rain nearly all day, and a high of 60 degrees. I might push the brisket to Monday, it’s looking a bit better for weather. Here are todays results.
