What is your cooker's name?

Many years ago the Pitmaster at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse resolutely informed me that all pits have their own personality and it is terrible luck to not recognize this by naming them.

Following this sage advice, over the years I have had a Sputnik, R2D2, Bertha, and Humpty among others. It took a while for my OTS to reveal her personality to me, but she is now officially the "Black Pearl"

So - am I nuts (as my wife suspects) or does anyone else have names for their cookers?

Darren, the cold north may have had some effect on the grey cells!
I might need to name the double set up I have, but, until I do a double "same size" set up (which might be "Shotgun") the 22/18 is nameless. It's just my grilling station.
However, when there is a failure it has several choice names which, shall not be shared as decorum must be observed.

I have formally named my two Performers (the "old" one and the "new" one). My WSM's have been named (the "Big" one and the "Little" one).

I've only got one cooker named,,, and it's "Big Ugly",,, but it's not a Weber. It's kinda funny when my wife refers to it by name.

Our green 2000 LX is "greenie" our E320 with the copper top is "brownie" and my 18.5 WSM is usually called "you low life egg sucking dog" when I have to chase temperature swings. The other six are not named.

They call me, and when they do I call them my Weby's and I salute them and have a happy dance with a beer.:)

I don't name anything that can't come running when I call. (Before I had children it was "won't come running when I call", but I had to change it.)
