How do y’all attach or recommend attaching the bowl? Also, do you use some type of heat resistant gasket to seal the bowl to the WSM?Stoker fans are mounted to a SS dog dish. The fan/dish combo is then affixed to the cooker.

Usually it's done with a spring-loaded toggle anchor bolt passed through one of the vent holes, like you use in drywall.How do y’all attach or recommend attaching the bowl?
