What a Friday!

drove out to Delafield this morning to pick up this

a 2005 (DO) Jumbo Joe ($25)

never used

then, from there, I swung around to Harry Hansen's Meat to pick up some short ribs I ordered last week.
I expected two slabs about 8x8 or 10 by 10... something like this....

nope. with that, I also got this.

23 pounds total....

so, I cut them up to vac seal and freezer them ...

got this hunk smokin' away on the 26"OTG right now....

if they turn out halfway decent, i'll post the results....
