Good evening folks! Hope ya all are doing great! Raining and blowing about 40 tonight but its not stopping me from tacos...I was really craving these today!

Started with a small marinated Tri-tip from Costco! Little hickory for flavor!

I wish our Costco sold tri tips that size. Here they cut them into strips, so about 4 strips would = your cut. Nice snowman. Snow on the mountains west of the valley finally melted. Parts of WV received 30+ inches of snow from Sandy.
