Went to buy a Char-Griller Acorn, came home with a Pit Boss


 
I'm sure the deliciousness that will come from this candy machine will be as good if not better than you previous cooks, oh wise one
 
I'm excited to see what you think about your ceramic. I'm really enjoying my JR, so much I'm considering shelling out $300 for it's big brother. I just wish my wife wasn't so damn accurate with the glock....

Chuck I have a freind that has one , he loves it I have tasted his brisket, and a few other items he has cooked. The thing that really strikes me is his ability to cook in colder temps with out the heavy fuel usage.
He has the model with the performer type table cart . Solid has had it for a couple years very easy to use.
 
Love to hear all about the cook. How did they turn out? How is it different than a Weber kettle? Pros & cons compared to a Weber kettle?
