Well this is kinda cool.

So I’m doing a night cook right now and the Aurora Borealis swooped down upon us.
All the sudden the sky is multi colored and it is still going on.
I’m normally in bed at this time so this is a real treat for me.
I took a bunch of pics and am still taking more.
Here is a few.

This was a real treat for me because it was my first time seeing this.
I am an early to bed early to rise kinda guy.
I didn’t even see this on an Alaskan vacation .
The Northern lights have been in our area only a few times since I bought this place 6 years ago, but I’m either asleep or the weather shuts down the show.

Skies are clearing a bit here. Hoping we might catch a glimpse. Assume we should look to the north?

This was about 10:30-11:30pm.
I think it lasted about 90 minutes or so.
There were still traces of colored sky when I called it a night but not as profound.
