seasoned with Penzey's Chicago Steak Seasoning after an EVOO rubdown

then plated (with, from our garden, fresh green beans)....

Fine looking steaks Jim! Do the Mexican onions taste different than Vidalia's and the like?
 
I just stopped staring at that last picture(10mins). Great job Jim.
What a great hard working family. I pass out his cards all the time..Hate to loose this meat market.
