seasoned with Penzey's Chicago Steak Seasoning after an EVOO rubdown
a coupla poblano peppers
a few Mexican onions
two long Idaho spuds
then plated (with, from our garden, fresh green beans)....
...and extra seasonings added.
probably the best club steaks I've made yet.
