Elizabeth and I played hooky yesterday on a beautiful spring day. Stopped in Missena meats, to pick
up some ground lamb. Walked out with these instead two prime NY strips.
Belizian black pepper from our trip, Alder smoked sea salt and a dash of W sauce.
On the OTG, reverse seared with some camp potatoes.
Resting while we plate the rest of the meal, with a couple of roasted shrooms.
Your plate. NY strip, camp potatoes with carmelized shallots and gralic, green beans and toasted pine nuts.
