The wife and kids wanted tritip for dinner on a Wednesday!? Who am I to argue with that. I tried to do it quick but its tough to rush it.
here it was on direct heat with a little Montreal and getting a quick sear
flipped over still on direct heat for a little more color
moved to the indirect
only had two mushrooms left and few asparagus
pulled off at 135 gave it 10 minutes or so to rest and then sliced it up
turned out really well for a "fast" tri-tip cook.
