Weber gas grill parts source.

I just got two sets of flavorizer bars yesterday. I am impressed by the quality. Really 16 Ga. And round edges. No sharp corners at all. Yes no 304 steel but the Weber ones aren’t either anymore. But for $23 these seem to be perfect for flipping grills.
Aftermarket replacements 7536, 7537 Genesis Silver B and C, Spirit 700, Gold B & C, Genesis Platinum B & C and Weber 900 Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars, Set of 5 (22.5" long , 16 GA.) https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B06XFDKVC9/tvwb-20

Thanks for that tip Stefan. I just sprung for three pairs. That is a great price for 16ga bars. I won't use them until I clean up a couple grills this spring, but I know from experience that the price on these is probably going to go up soon. Actually, I think I will grab a third set.

A new set of these 16ga SS flavo bars and a new set of the quilimetal grates makes a pretty nice flip grill setup for about $75.

Not sure why there are not more suppliers for the 13 flavorizer bars (Genesis 1000-5000) part #7538 using 16 gauge Stainless??? Not even many for the 20 gauge version. I know they are older grills, but there are still a ton of them in use. Probably nearly as many of the Silver and gold series.

Yah, probably right Larry. Those extra 8 bars add a lot to the cost of manufacture, I suppose. This is one of the reasons that I much prefer to rehab the Silver B vs the 1000.

I just received my three sets of these bars. I am impressed. For the price, they are definitely a value item. They are magnetic, so definitely not 304 stainless, but stainless non-the-less. They are also 16 gauge and seriously heavy. For $22.79 shipped to the door, I don't think you will find a better value for Silver, B-C Flavorizer Bars. If you want cream of the crop, you still want the RCP bars, but if you want close and 1/3 the price, these will be tough to beat.

Thanks for the tip Jason. These will be my go to for all my Silver/Gold B's and C's flip grills this next summer. I already have three in the pocket.

What I also noticed that they are not bent that far as the original ones. You have to squeeze them a bit by about 1/8" to get them between the guides of the fire box. This means once in they sit tight and don't rattle when you move the grill like many of the other aftermarket ones.

Sorry for the delay on these. I do most of my posting form my phone. However it is much better for me to use a computer when I am changing and updating the thread. So I wait until I have a little time to sit in front of one before making changes.

Hi Tony, thanks for the links. I added all of them except the operating manuals. The link on that one is not working for me.

No problem Bruce. However I believe the thanks goes to Jon for providing the links to them. I'm glad this turned out to be a useful resource for everyone. I know I'll be referring to it on future projects.

This has turned out well. If any more come up post them and I'll get them on the list.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to maintain this thread. It will certainly be my first stop when looking for my rehab parts.
