Weber clearance deals at Target.

Picked up 12 packs of Weber Starter Cubes for $1.99 each yesterday. KKB 18lb blue bag is on sale for $4.99, but I do use that.

I've struck out at a few different Target stores near me.

Seen lots of posts where guys are getting KBB for $2.xx a bag. Wish I found that, I'd load up, even though that is not my favorite.

I spoke with a manager at a Target here in OKC and he said that since we're 'cursed' by being a year round grilling location they would not be doing the 70% clearance price on charcoal or Weber products. Boo.

I really tried too. Lol. They had 16 bags of KBB and I told him about the sales in other places. I said I would take all 16 bags off his hands if he gave me the 70% off. He didn't budge.

I think I rather be cursed and not get 70% off than deal with cold/snow/ice for 3+months of the year. Be careful of what you ask for!

No weber at all here. Nothing at all in the store. But we do get 3 months of winter. Well twice. Snow has already fallen around us.

I checked the local Target here in SLC yesterday on the way home from work. Brickseek reported they had the 16lb bags of Kingsford for $2.84. When I arrived, all the charcoal was sold out. They did have a Weber 18" kettle for $40.00, but I passed.

Went to a second Target today. All I could find was a package of aluminum drip tray liners and a grill brush. Associate said everything else was already removed.

I saw someone on Reddit posting that they got 36 10lb bags of Kingsford for $36 from Krogers. Sweet deal.

No sales here in North Texas either. We have 6 Super Target stores within a 10 miles range and none of them has any Weber gear on sale.
In addition all these Target limited their Weber stuff a few years ago and whatever few items they still carry do not seem to get discounted.

I made a Target run this morning and the small grilling section in the back corner had already been replaced with Christmas stuff.

Not just Target. All the big box stores have limited their Weber stock for a few years now. No deals anymore.
