A few months back here In Costa Rica I purchased for the first time a large bag which I opened for yesterday’s chicken wing cook. The Weber manual stated to use fifteen(15) briquettes in each of the Weber charcoal holders for a indirect cook using my Cajun Bandit Rotisserie on my 22” Weber Master Touch Grill. So, I lit-up thirty(30) briquettes in my Weber Chimney Starter and were fully lit in around twenty(20) minutes. After reaching my desired grilling temperature of around 400F in about ten(10) minutes I then started the Rotisserie motor and I was able to maintain a 400F temperature for around one(1) hour more in which I removed the chicken wings which read on my “Thermostat” thermometer 180F internal temperature. I was dully impressed with this Weber Brand as I did not Need to add any additional briquettes.
