Venison and pork sticks and jerky gun strips.

Installed a new dishwasher and steam dryer today.
Had help from two of my sons. We prepped and formed yesterday put them on the wsm around 11 am.
Did snake and held sub 150,200 for 2 hrs and slowly ramped up to 250.
Still waiting on the sticks to hit temp. that was 13# of meat.
Did a peperoni, sweet and spicy, pepper and did about a dozen pattys that got vaced and frozen .
