Very lean meat
cutting to six chops + ingredients for marinating (herbs: rosemary and thyme)
chops in the emulsion, about four hours in the cold

It was really one of the BEST meals I've cooked on the Weber
It was worth the money, really.
Try it sometime, you will not regret it.
