Weber Classic Rub rubbed, and smoked low for an hour plus with apple wood.
Then direct, flipping often.

KC Masterpiece sauced.

With our old standby salt boiled red potatoes, and corn.

I was shooting for fork tender, didn't quite hit the mark, but close. and they were very tasty.
