So, been a crazy few days, my Mom had to be taken to the hospital for some heart problems and i have been in and out of there quite a bit, she is doing a little better today and I was able to get the brisket out of the fridge and seasoned up
On with RO Lump running 250ish all day, put a big handful of Jack Daniels bourbon barrel chips mixed in.
Sprayed a couple of times with Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Juice and smoked till 160 and the bark was set nice
Then foiled with a nice mix added
Gus peeled and EVOO's with salt and garlic and Mrs. Dash's Lemon Pepper, the beans on also
Tonights Brew, I needed a couple today
Done and heading in
So tender I did not even bother cutting against the grain for the six slices we ate tonight
