TVWBB meetup at Brewers Spring Training

It was a pleasure and an honor to meet Chris, Brad and his wife Kathy yesterday!
The result of the game was a joy also.

Today, my wife Liz and I trekked to Rich & Barb Dahl’s neck of the state, Prescott’s Mile High Trail System.... it was wonderful!
Here are a few photos

Glad you both enjoyed it Jim. We love it here although it's grown a lot since we moved here in 2002. There are so many wonderful things to do and see here. Wish we had known we went right by Watson Lake yesterday it's only about five miles from our house. I used to walk my dogs around the lake. Would have loved to meet both of you in person.
Maybe next time.

It was a great day for baseball and really nice to meet Liz, Jim and Chris, who turned out to be not at all like the power-crazed site owner we were expecting.;)

The interesting thing about the day is that it was the result of 3 completely unrelated events converging; kind of a "perfect storm" situation. All of us had planned our trips and bought our tickets with no idea that the others were doing the same, and had Jim not made a comment about Arizona a couple of months ago it might never have happened. We even had a 4th TVWBBer lined up (Lewis B. from Cleveland) but unfortunately his plans didn't allow for him to join us.

Correction: I was in the midst of scheduling which games I would go to when you contacted me and said you and Jim were taking in a Brewers game on Sunday, so I bought a ticket to join you guys. Had you not reached out to me, I’m not sure what I would have done on Sunday. Thanks for doing so, it was fun meeting and a good game, too.
