Turkey legs on the WSCG

Hello my BBQ and grilling friends. Been cooking but haven't taken enough pictures to do a decent thread. Here's a a quick cook we did.

I love my grill very fuel efficient and will only by half the stock of charcoal this year. Since I got this I have only used 5 - 20 lb bags of charcoal. I bought this grill 4-17.

We cooked some turkey legs with Apple wood and cooked indirect at 325

The view from my kitchen while it comes up to temp

A little oil for the skin.

Here's an action shot from Instagram. 15 second video.

Wow, those look great Tony. I was going to do some Disney Style turkey legs a while back but couldn't find any of the size I needed. Kind of fell off the radar until I saw this.

Good to see you giving the WSCG a workout. Sounds like the return on investment comes thru cost savings due to fuel efficiency justifying the high startup cost.

Yes...I got rid of my wsm and performer. 4 kettles. This helped with the cost.
