I cut the backbone out of a small 11# bird, halved it, hung it over lump at 350* for 1.5 hrs and presto chango... we have dinner.

Excellent looking turkey. I like it when the juices drip into the fire, great flavoring

Great job on the bird Dwain. Bet that was delicious.

The use of the hooks is smart. Glad I saw that trick.
