Turkey Dinner

My kids love turkey dinner , as do most, so todsy was the day especially when turkey breast on sale $1.19/lb... 8 # breast injected with Badia Mojo and let sit for a few hour and then rubbed down with combo garlic salt/ onion powder/allspice/ kickin chicken

Onto the rotisserie , temps around 375-400, I just can't get enough of the rotisserie on my new grill

About 30 minutes in....

About an hour or so, not really keepin a close eye on it cuz watching the Buccos beat those Rockies on the deck while sippin this (chilled) and drinking that

Resting

Plated with mashed potatoes , homemade gravy, some grilled tomatoes and kids choice of canned cranberry stuff

Pulled at 165.... A lil longer than I wanted but I wasn't feelin no pain!
Still juicy and moist... And plenty of leftovers for Monday before heading down to PNC to see Bucs vs Dodgers

Thanks for lookin N'AT
Lets Go Bucs!

Very Nice Breasts and Mashed Taters Kurt!

sorry, you can keep the shocktop stuff

Nothing like turkey in the summer time and yours looks great. I usually do one each year around this time, but haven't yet. Great job.

Nice job on the rotisserie, I just ordered a bracket and hope to have mine hooked up this weekend. But I don't have the sear burner you are using there, I just have the bottom burners. I hope it turns out just as good.
