started yesterday puttin' these together
then low&slow grilled them indirect today
stuffed with only cocktail weinnies + creme cheese, more stubbs chile-lime rub over the pig fat
marinated two boneless chops in this stuff overnight
then on the CIGs of the OTG with cherry wood for smoke flavour
served with Skillet Yams and George's favourite greens (thought I forgot 'boutcha huh Gearge...? )
Yeah, more good stuff.
