Don't usually post cooks, but this one is worthy. Santa Maria tritip, potatoes and corn. Being really picky, it could have used a little more char, but it was yummy. Even better, all ready at the same time on time .

Tri tips seem to have spotty availability around here but, Costco has the “pre marinated” ones most of the time, not tried one yet. Any reviews?

We usually end up picking one up from Costco every few weeks. They are an easy favorite of ours, especially if we forgot to thaw something out and it's too late in the day for much food prep. We also live two blocks away from our Costco...
