Here are a couple pics of Day 2 of my brother's visit. These cooks were all done to vac pack for him to take home. Did Birds, Brisket and Butts.
Birds seasoned and ready for the grill.
Birds about done on the 22.5.
Brisket on the WSM.
Brisket was put in a pan and covered at 160, now done and waiting for a slicing.
Brisket sliced.
Butts getting close on the WSM bottom rack.
Butts done and ready to pull.
Butts pulled and cooling for vac packing.
Long day of cooking but lot's of fun.
