TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Tri Tip seasoned with Lawry's, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Cooked indirect at approx 275 to an internal temp of 115 degrees.


Removed the tri tip and while getting the grill hot to do a sear added some garlic bread.

Plated with some beans, the garlic bread, and some brussels sprouts cooked with bacon.
 
Great cook John. That TT looks beautiful. Sides look delicious. Haven't done B Sprouts in a while. You've got me thinking about it. Great bread too.
