When you wanna feed a large crowd a roast beef dinner quick: Tri Tip is the way to go. We have everyone out to our house the weekend before Christmas so the kids are with the grandkids in their own home on the big day.









I rubbed them and let em rest, seared them then brought them to three different temps indirect for different tastes. But that's all the photos because I had a house full of young and old.

...and we had a Special Guest arrive to hand out a few gifts.

Well done Dwain, I mean all of it. The family the cook and the spirit you see in their faces. But I call no fair man, where's the snow covered grill shots? JK
