Tri tip strips!

Howdy folks...not much cookin going on lately..had a house full of the flu bug this past week...about mid week I needed some red meat so.....
Salt and peppered some Tri strips!

Got the grill started and relaxed a bit!

My girls ....

Steak on!!

Not bad grill marks

Cheesy garlic bread bringing up the rear!

Steak salad all served up!!

Since I had a bit of left over I made up some Friday nite steak Sammie's
Mushrooms, onion and steak in the CI

Once it was all fried up I filled some rolls with cheese and let them get happy on the grill...had to make some casadillas for my little guy!

And ready to eat!

Best steak sandwich I've eaten!
