A while back I bought a two pack of tri tip. I marinated both thinking we were having company. Well that changed so I vac-packed one and stuck it in the freezer. I remembered the other day that I still had it so we smoked it up on the mini-wsm for some tri tip sandwees. Ran the Mini at 250° using Kingsford Blue, cherry and pecan 50/50. Took the tip to on internal of 130°. Pull it foiled it and let it rest for 45 min. Sliced across grain and made some tasty sandwees!
