Tri-Tip on the Performer

Picked up a 2# tri-tip for dinner. Apparently the butcher though it would be better for me to trim some of the fat off this one, so I did.

Rubbed with EVOO and put some Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning on it.


On the grill with some skillet potatoes with EVOO, S&P and a lot of chopped garlic.


All done.


Plated with some sour cream and horseradish sauce.


This was a winner. The whole family enjoyed the dinner.

Looks like a great meal Pat. Have a TT in the freezer to do in the next week or so. Always a winner.
