Tri tip - Carne Asada style

Tip looks good Tony. Not so sure about the PBR, cheap stuff we used to drink behind the college parking lot when I was "Of Age". Like Mickeys Big Mouth.

I got this beer today. Second time I have it. It's good stuff.

Great cook Tony and Mirabel! Your TriTip, zucchini and corn look delicious!

I grew up in the midwest and Pabst was very popular. I think it once outsold all other beers in Milwaukee, a great beer town.

Here's a commercial I found which I think you'll enjoy! Your picture could have inspired his description....

Great commercial. The first time I had PBR was after a dodger game at a bar. They were 2 dollars. I couldn't recall the flavor since I had way too many drinks at the game and in the morning. :o

Tony great looking meal. Mind sharing your recipe. Have not been able to find a carne asada recipe that I have been really happy with yet. If not I understand, great cooks must keep some secrets.

Here you go. And you can add or take away.

The juice of 4 large oranges
The juice of 2 limes
1 tbs of salt
1 tbs of black pepper
2 tbs of cumin
1 tbs of onion powder
1tbs of garlic powder
1/4 onion chopped
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water

I hope this helps.

Only thing better than that would be eating Tony's Carne Asada - style Tri tip while watching
naked women on unicorns jumping over fire.:)

Looks great Tony.

Great looking carne asada tri tip. I have not seen tri tip in the stores here, but I keep looking. As for the Pabst I will pass lol.

Nice looking meal.. But you need to move that Cowboys flag a little closer to your charcoal starter... Go Texans!

Beautiful tri tip!!! I made it through my college years on PBRs. Plus they make great Christmas Tree ornaments!!!!
