This was a last minute kind of thing and it wasn’t too bad. If you’re looking for something quick and easy, this is it.

Buddy is on high alert. Okay, call it "low alert".

Action shot for Tony R. 3 minutes a side over direct. Yep, it's getting dark early around here.

Plated. Nancy made up some rice, corn and biscuits so she actually did all the work. Despite what you may think after seeing the marinade, these weren’t that spicy.
