Did the reverse sear on a tomahawk tonight for dinner.


Indirect 400 degree Genesis

Pulled it at 110 degrees. Took about 45 minutes to get there.

All 4 burners on high and the sear burner on high. Wanted 700 but at least I got close.


Seared to 130 degrees.

After the rest, dinner is served.


Baked potato, green beans, and a dab of deviled egg potato salad I made for my wife to take to her work potluck tomorrow.

The payoff of the night was my 80 year old Mother picking up the bone and tearing it up at the end of the meal. Made it all worth it.
