Today, Grilled Duck Breasts

Hi !

Today I planned to cook chicken on the rotisserie but my family preferred to have some grilled duck breast...
It is really common here in France.
Normally I cook them on the plancha, on the fat side till the fat is totally reduced and crusty...
But this time I made it on the grill and so I totally removed the fat first.

I served it medium rare with a green pepper sauce...

Everybody enjoyed and there was nothing left !

Fantastic plate of food, Alex…it doesn't get much better than duck breasts cooked medium rare.
 
That looks fantastic, excellent! I love Duck especially Teal, but Pin Tails will do when the Teal are 100 MPH+
 
I must say that duck is my second favorite "protein" just after fish.
You did a beautiful job Alexis. Thanks for sharing.
