Tip: Using Stand Mixer Bowl To Hold Ziploc Bags Open

Here's a neat tip from member Gary Fallowes:

"After dressing my butts I normally put them into 2 gallon Ziploc bags, but getting them in was a pain. I recently used a stand-mixer bowl and put the bag inside and then slipped the butt in. Works out real nice.

"I presume someone has already done this, but wanted to bring it to your attention, after all the good info I’ve gotten from your site."

Excellent idea !
Would also work when vacuum sealing. Keeping those first few inches clean can be a pain.
