The benefits of working from home... Recently I started working from my home office! Not only is this awesome because I don't have to drive to the office any longer, but it also means I can spend more time making bbq! Yesterday I did my first work day smoke out. Enjoy the photo line up!
The spice line up.
The loin backs! Each coated in mustard and garlic before individually being dusted with John Henrys Texas Chicken Tickler or John Henrys Pecan Rub.
I forgot to snag a shot of them right when I put them on the OTG... So here are a couple of shots about 2.5 hours in. The setup I used on the OTG was aluminum foil lined bottom with a large weber drip pan underneath the ribs filled with water. I also put a loaf pan full of water directly over the charcoal/smoke wood.
About 4.5 hours later I got a little ahead of myself and started slicing (and tasting! ) before I got a shot of the finished product.
And plated with sauteed garlic spinach and sweet potatoes.
Have a great Friday y'all!
