Oh man! These are our favorite tacos. The smokiness of the meat come thru and makes it an experience that's hard to describe.

I tray my pulled pork and do a second smoke on it for 1/2- 1hr and add some broth with a savory rub during this, to keep it from drying out. That extra smoke flavor really comes thru in the taco. We make up 1/2 lb vacuum packs to freeze for "emergency" taco night. We can go from "whatdya want for dinner?" to pulled pork tacos really fast.
