… back bacon (Canadian) but I accidentally left it out of the garage fridge for two days 10 days into the 4 week curing process….
3.7 lbs of pork loin….
Still looks good but I ain’t taking no chances.
To the dumpster it goes.

Yeah. You don’t want to get to know your toilet that well. Toss it and give another go!

Costco was doing one of their $4 off per loin sales when I was there this week and I was sorely tempted to pick up a couple, but I've still got a couple months worth of Canadian bacon in the freezer.
