If I end up keeping this 26”er I might mount it on that table. It’s already cut out for it. I just would have to lose the lid bale which I’m not thrilled about. The lid is huge and heavyThat table is really sweet! I wish I could buy it from you.
Ribs and TriTip, lots of chicken and ribeyes. my poor 22's sit and collect dust.I get closer to buying one every day. That picture is awesome by the way. What do you normally choose to cook on your 26 over your 22?

That looks clean, simple, and timeless. I like it!I am very new to the 26". I just bought it last weekend for $80. It was in rough shape with a broken leg socket. So I used that opportunity to build a table. I too wanted to keep the lid bale, so I scooted it to the far end of the table and kept the lid bale. I also kept the weber 8" wheels which saved some money too. I'm not super handy, this is a project that looks great from 15' away.View attachment 4277
Yah, that's weird. It's currently unavailable on Amazon and they don't know when they will have stock again.Well I hope if anyone was getting serious about buying that they already did so. Seems like there has been a run on the 26ers and they can't be bought at most retailers or directly from Weber.com. I checked bbqguys.com and they said it ships from the warehouse in 6 to 8 weeks there.
If you think you will ever want to rotisserie anything, do not get rid of your 22" Weber. There are no rotisserie kits made for the 26" kettle grill now as of 2025. There was one company making an aftermarket kit (Canjun Bandit) but they have quit that portion of their business. So there is now zero rotisseries available in North America for the 26" kettle grill.I've been thinking about getting a 26er lately and wanted some insight. I already have a WSM 18 and a 22 inch Kettle. I wanted something to cook larger portions for the few times a year I cook for 6-8 people. I would be cooking things like turkeys, ribs, wings, and random bone-in chicken pieces or halves. I bought a Pit Barrel Cooker for this purpose but I just don't like it that much. The 26er is pretty expensive and I don't know anyone that has one nor have I ever seen one on display. Would I be better off just getting an additional 22 for half the price? The largest thing I would probably cook would be up to a 15-pound turkey. I've also heard the 26er can have leg issues because of the weight. Looking forward to your suggestions.
