So it was a last minute request for some chicken tonight. Did a quick wet marinade followed by a dusting of rub!

Kingsford was pretty Smokey however there was a wind blowing that accentuated it a bit. Once it relaxed I added some pecan and the thighs and cooked indirect at about 350 then did a very quick sear.

Temps in the low 80’s this time of year mean beer! Cold beer! Breakside IPA to be exact! Cheers everyone!
