Well did the first cook. I think the best meat to grill to test out new grill is chicken breasts. They are picky and tricky to get right. The new Q did an excellent job.
After the cook and the grates had cooled down I took them off and washed them in the kitchen sink. That in its on right is a game changer!
Simple SPOG seasoning. Grilled until they hit 162f IT.
For a side dish I baked a cauliflower. steamed the head for 10 minutes. Then you spread a mixture of mustard and Mayo. Used 3 tablespoon of Gulden’s spicy and 1/4 cup Mayo (you can sub greek yogurt for mayo for an added tang). Salt and pepper then cover that with sliced or grated cheese. I used slices of Tillamook cheddar. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
