Tuesday, grilled up some good ol' grub on the Weber.
Started with spuds.
Grabbed a large sweet onion and blossomed the dang thing then laid bacon 'cross it.
Got a sirloin steak EVOO'd and seasoned it with a tri tip rub.
Taters comin' along groovy...
Time to slap that big ol' steak on the high heat grill.
With the beef sizzlin' away, 'shrooms were added to the cooktop 'bout the same time.
Sides look done enough to remove from heat.
Served a completely grilled dinner to two ol' hungry souls: me + liz
oh yeah, a good ol' Potosi Beer was also served cold.
