TGIF! Flank Steak

This was one chaotic week. Controlled confusion at work. So ...TGIF! We had three kids and four grandkids over.

I made a marinade outta this stuff (grated ginger and minced garlic on the plate) before they got there



which looked kinda like this



...but I forgot to add an onion so did after the above photo ...this was one of the outside photos



I hit the grill at about 450*F



and it turned out like this



so I sliced it up on the bias



and served it along side SWMBO's fried rice and her onion, zucchini, squash stir



It was fantabulous. TGIF!
