Terriyaki Wings on the platinum

I normally cook my wings naked then toss in sauce, but I keep seeing all these cooks from you guys and decided to try something different.

Today I marinated 23 wings in Soy Vey Veri Veri Terriyaki, also had some habanero sauce, onion & garlic powder, .25t sesame oil, sesame seeds, pepper. Every 8 minutes tossed them in a bowl, after ~3 times the sauce ran out, the wings were ~165F, so I rinsed out the bowl & made another batch. Repeated that a couple more times & presto! Pulled them @ >190F

They are being digested now :)
