Awhile back JohnSP did a teriyaki chicken dish with a marinade and sauce, well Barb and I are teriyaki junkies so I told John I was going to steal it.
So here’s our version of it, pretty much followed Johns version except I used bone in thighs instead of boneless.

Here is the link to Johns post.

Barb made up a Brussels sprout and bacon dish with dried cranberries along with shallots, white wine, S&P and pasta that was really outstanding.

All I can say is thank you John for sharing the recipe it was beyond excellent and easy to do!

You look like a good student Rich: followed the instructions, payed attention in class, took notes. End results - perfection! Hi Barb!

Great job Rich and Barb - yours look even better than mine - love the rich color on those thighs. We like the homemade teriyaki because it is pretty easy to make, fresh, and not full of artificial ingredients, emulsifiers, and other chemicals...

Regards,

John

Rich,
Chicken looks great. Call me a weirdo....but I think those sprouts steal the show. I'm inspired! Love everything in there.
