Teriyaki Chicken

I marinated the chicken all day in KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki marinade. I seasoned the
pieces with Lawry’s Seasoning salt and a little bit of white pepper.


Put onto the Performer using lump charcoal and 1 chunk of oak wood.


Chicken was basted with a mixture of the honey teriyaki marinade and Mr. Yoshida’s.


Chicken is done!


Plated with steamed broccoli and leftover tater tot casserole.


Awesome flavors and the white pepper gave it a nice bit of heat.

Man, that chicken looks GOOD!!
I've been cutting back on my serving sizes, trying to shed some weight, butt hells bells Mike, I GOTTA stop looking at this kinda stuff!
