Wow, this looks absolutely mouthwatering! That sauce looks like it has some serious flavor and I love how you toasted the ciabatta for that extra crunch. The crumbled chips are a great touch too nice textural contrast! Did you use a specific seasoning blend for the chicken or was it all about the sauce? Thanks, Arnold. It was all about the sauce this time, but I usually season the chicken with a wet paste blend.

I love that greeen sauce! When I do Peruvian chicken, I make green sauce chicken salad with the leftovers, when there are any. The seasoned breast sandwich idea appeals to me quite a bit!
