I did that when I was a kid and now I want to be a kid again.Tasty looking chicken sandwich Tim, never smashed up chips....like that idea.
Thanks, Arnold. It was all about the sauce this time, but I usually season the chicken with a wet paste blend.Wow, this looks absolutely mouthwatering! That sauce looks like it has some serious flavor and I love how you toasted the ciabatta for that extra crunch. The crumbled chips are a great touch too nice textural contrast! Did you use a specific seasoning blend for the chicken or was it all about the sauce? Either way, this is definitely inspiring me to fire up the grill. Great work!
Thanks Timothy. I love that quote.“The world’s an imperfect place, screws fall out all the time!” Bender (“The Breakfast Club”)
The imbalance, I blame on the chicken. One works with what you have! Looks pretty tasty to me!
More than welcome buddy! Thanks Timothy. I love that quote.
That's a great idea. I gotta do that chicken salad. You just unlocked a whole new realm for me...good on 'ya!!More than welcome buddy!
I love that greeen sauce! When I do Peruvian chicken, I make green sauce chicken salad with the leftovers, when there are any. The seasoned breast sandwich idea appeals to me quite a bit!
My pleasure! I like to use fennel “stems” instead of celery too, just a bit of a different flavor profile. That's a great idea. I gotta do that chicken salad. You just unlocked a whole new realm for me...good on 'ya!!
